Long way to go like you say, if General Allam had anything about him he would be supporting this for the exposure it would give potentially going on his crackpot views about football, but it sounds like they've been cut adrift completely

I'm going to ignore the fact your reply is petulant, but can you tell me exactly WHY you expect him to fund them?

 

All the players have to raise about £400 for sponsorship each for their season costs. My friends daughter plays for city and is definitely a star of the future in ladies football.
Maybe in time we can have both of the Aluko's at our club if our ladies team progress up the league structure.

 

If they play under the club's name then they should be awarded the same financial backing as all others whether it be 1st down to the under 9s

 

There's an opportunity here for anyone who wants to own and run a football club surely...

 

That anyone needs to have at least 50 million in the bank because even if the Allams had reduced the club debt by taking out money received in this transfer window which is their right to do if they choose. I still believe they will want to sell for £50 million

 

Because he was keen to see them climb up through the leagues so agreed to fund the travel.

Why can't someone else fund their travel? Why not one of the local travel companies? Why's it got to be the Allams?
