    He's a prick with a misplaced ostentatious dress sense and over inflated ego. He was a good striker. He's a **** commentator and comes across as an over excited pundit who is a bit backward.

    Not about the fans though, its a stupid thing to say. You are in the heat of the moment, no replays, you are biased, you are looking for someone to blame. That hostility at home games, the challenge it presents is part of what makes football great. Its like a pantomime or great theatre. The classic battle between the good and the villain. You need a villain.

    Action? Someone needs to give him a brain.

    As I say though, its part of football. Being wrong or right is of no consequence. Him asking for action to be taken <laugh> The FA in every country would be overrun with paperwork if they had to take action every time the fans got after a ref despite him calling things correctly. Can you imagine somewhere like Galatasaray, they'd be in the dock every week. Part of football, and a great part too. Who wants to go and sit in a morgue?

    I'm not totally against this, far from it. It would certainly fire up the crowd (pun intended).

    I also think if we had half-time gladitorial combat it would really spice up the atmosphere.

    After a few slaps around the face, I've finally sussed what this threads about.

    From what I can work out, it appears to be some sort of coded love fest between Mr T and 30/30.
    Bizarre, all this sickly lovey-dovey agreeing with each other.
