I know you have many mackem mates, its been discussed often enough.

Your club's result is the second one I look for, hoping you've lost. Thats just plain old rivalry.

I just find it odd that people use terms like hate and despise when it comes to sport. I find it just as odd when I hear people saying they hate Newcastle, like RAW did above. I'm not on any high horse or trying to be a better man. Just my opinion.

 

I know mate, and at times I get frustrated and angry about it..I'm at a stage now where I just try my best to be as supportive as I can and hopefully influence the people around me to do the same..

 

Growing tired of it. Saturday was an all time low for me. I've never felt so detached from the club and it wasn't the players on the pitch that made me feel this way.

 

And Redknapp, don't like that prick as well.

We have to be grateful to Newcastle because without them keeping us up these last few years we would have been in the championship.

We rely on our yearly 6 points.

I'm from the area and I don't despise Newcastle in the slightest.

Bobby Robson was from the area and he was fond of both clubs.

This "hate" and "despise" thing is ****ing comical. Simply because they where a different colour stripe? Madness to get that het up over something so trivial.

 

I'm in the front section of the S E Corner and have to say that almost everyone around where I sit was firmly behind the team..

 

That's the end of the ground I know and love. North Stand was sterile. Apart from the goals. The Mags result and referee's performance draw more reaction than anything the team did. They we're critical or anything, they just couldn't be bothered. Apart for the few individuals spread about who joined me and Home and Away in trying to get songs going. The rest just sat and looked at us.
