Yes I am an Aussie fan, have lived most of my life here, I agree with your view of England refusing to just have a go, they seem to be afraid of something

Can't really take a lot of pleasure in it seen that your captain is a Irishman but Ireland playing Pakistan on Sunday so watch that or pray for rain for a win.

ps Throw a fiver on Ireland to beat Wales(rugby) and Ireland to beat Pakistan(cricket) double and you'll have a few quid for next Tuesday<cheers>

I agree with this, stokes and bopara have experience playing in the t20 over here.. Couldn't believe they were overlooked... Downfall to Morgan was his appalling run leading into the WC here, that and his negative fielding. Mccullum and Clarke invite the batsmen in, ATM IMO cricket is being played and won aggressively.. Pretty much the same as our run against Nufc... We keep on winning <ale>

Fancy NZ and hope they win. Most exciting team by far. McCullum is the best to watch in world cricket.

New Zealand won every game so far, so they should be favorites tomorrow but they are now the away team rather than the home team. Will be a good game.

Afraid not Fredor. Home advantage and Newcastle having 8 eight players (1 centre back), I'd have to go for Sunderland.

Aussies played well and dealt much better with the occasion, apart from Elliott who is a gritty cricketer. NZ needed one from McCullum, Guptill or Williamson to fire. To lose all three was too much. Home advantage in a final is massive. NZ beat them in their own gaff, but Aussies never looked in danger yesterday.

    Hopefully Sunderland play like England.
