Neither Tyne/Wear clubs have bragging rights at the moment. Both been woeful this season. Maybe next season will be different but there's really not much a brag about at the moment.

I thought we played well today and maybe 3-2 would have been fair, we seemed to have a few shots on target. Mannone looked rusty and should have saved Remy's first. Overall a bit of a **** season but I think it's plain to see that life under Advocaat will be very different.

 

It's just a polished turd competition, i'll have no part of it. We're ****e and they're ****e. A point in the league table means nowt to me. We're safe that's all that matters. I've thoroughly enjoyed the day knowing what ever outcome was amusing. It's a good day, a day that could have been hell.
