If the monthly allocation has not been fully staked and there is no further opportunity in that month to place a bet, any shortfall allowed by Rule 7 will be deemed to have been placed according to your chosen personal default bet. Defaults can be changed any time and will apply until reset. In the event of no personal default being stated the standard default bet will be applied instead.

Please post your personal default bets below (some example default bets are listed in the Rules)

The standard default bet is to place the whole of the shortfall amount on the shortest price team listed in the odds displayed in the thread header of the last set of matches in the month. If the shortest odds apply to more than one team the stake will be divided equally.

Please note ambiguous defaults will be disregarded (eg two named teams to win and they play each other when the default is to be applied)
