Not very generous as usual are they. When you think about it Pompey should be favourites not 2nd for next season once more. They are just about to sign up a billionaire for christ sake. If you believe he isn't going to chuck a few quid their way then you will believe anything. He's used to dealing with fantasies after all with his background. I was so pleased that Luton fell over this season but am not surprised they are amongst the favourites for next. League 2 looks like a tight league again for next season.
