    ....... etc etc etc.

Not playing this weekend then have Man City & Arsenal in the week.

Then a couple of 'relegation battles', Palace & Hull, next weekend

Could really fall away if they get nowt from those games .......... looking like '2 of the 3' imo <ok>

Had a mooch at a few fixtures for that end of the table yesterday, was gonna start a thread but got distracted.

I looked and could make a case for nearly every team in the bottom half getting dragged into it.

I think it's going to come down to bottle, not who plays the best football.

Probably waiting for it to go off topic then start a thread to complain about it.

FWIW, one of the best discussions you can have on a footy forum about football is the 'relegation dogfight'. I find it fascinating every year, without fail.

Sometimes I wonder if the EPL is actually the old cliche 'Best league in the world' then it gets to about this stage in the season and the heat gets cranked up, nobody can see what's coming.

Definitely the type of thread that if everybody participated in, there'd be hundreds of different opinions, there's nothing cut and dry about the subject.

I agree mate, the title is Chelsea's already but that 3rd place at the bottom could go to half the league.

At best the top spot is a 2 horse race and has been since day 1.

I sound like a sulking United fan <laugh>

The bottom half is a minefield, anything can happen, probably with the exception of a Leicester survival but even that wouldn't be unthinkable.

Hopefully its Chelsea's title well in advance of the final game of the season, so they are all happy and mentally on the beach when they play us

    We might need the points.....

Not the best last game is it ......... Newcastle went down the last time that happened.

The final home game against Leicester could be interesting.

I fancy them for the CL as well mate, Mourinho to bore his way to another win. There's only Real Madrid who I'd really fancy to do them over easily, but then factor in Mourinho, he knows RM inside out, they could do it.

Our run in looks favourable on paper as we play those around us, but given our propensity to not perform against them the rest of the season is nothing short of one game at a time - again. I am just getting worn down by the end of season concerns.

Its entertaining than Barcelona 5 yard passing the other team to death, they might be more direct this year but they're still sinfully boring.

    Agreed mate, predictable.

Messi is still a joy to watch mind, as an individual. Plays that false 9 to perfection.
