http://www.hullcitytigers.com/news/...lined-for-the-rest-of-the-season-3674985.aspx " David Meyler will miss the rest of the season after suffering a medial knee ligament injury during training yesterday. The 27-year-old has featured 28 times for the club in all competitions this campaign, scoring once against Liverpool in September" What's up with City and knee injuries.....
He brings something that no other current player does- heart, visible commitment and desire to mix it. Old fashioned all you want, but they do not like it up em. Ashbee-lite, just glad he is not currently in the team so his absence won't be too disruptive.
That's a bit of a bugger, but if it is our traditional piece of bad luck then so be it. Hard luck for Meyler though.
Hope he recovers ASAP. I've done my knee in as well, been off work for weeks with it. Been told it's a severe sprain, my Cartlidge, LCL or ACL by 4 different doctors / physiotherapists. Getting the twat MRI'd to find for sure.
Marshall is much much worse at keeping the ball out of the net, he does get the fans going though (usually home early)
