    It was Bishopwearmouth Church, don't you blokes know anything about your history? Sunderland Church was down the bottom of Laurence Street in Hendon and the Sunderland boundary ended approximately where the Exchange buildings are on High St East,
    Above that was known as Bishopwearmouth and the Cowboys and Indians over the river lived in Monkwearmouth.

    Sunderland minster is the church near the empire theatre, ( I applied for a handyman job there about 2 years ago )
