The Black Cats’ plans for the upcoming campaign campaign have been thrown into turmoil, following Allardyce’s decision to move to England. Sunderland had been planning to move forward under the 61-year-old’s leadership, and they were not expecting England to move for Allardyce following the departure of Roy Hodgson. However, Sunderland’s move for Moyes has generally gone down well - and Keys seems to think that it will work out. Well I did
Moyes is a steady manager who have not really done anything outstanding other than keep Everton a top half team. He was out of his depth at Man utd and the fans never took to him which finally brought his sacking. He is a decent man who had a good career at Everton but wont be remembered for anything else as a plus for him.....
I consider what he did with Everton to be outstanding. Can't think of many managers who've consistently kept a team in the top 10 in the country for a decade on such a tiny Budget. He didn't get the Man U job by being average.
