During the celebrations in the changing room after the game, all the players had been drinking, even players who were not in the match squad. All drinking cans of Thatchers. In fact in 1 of the clips I have seen in the changing room, you can see Yates brining in a few crates of Thatchers Well when the camera's were all off and the players were in their own privacy getting showered up etc, Taylor decided to have his picture taken naked where his member was in full view. However what was suppose to be private, didnt end up that way. Jermaine Easter posted that picture on social media and been seen by quite a few people. Taylor has given Easter a bit of a telling off apparently. Now the Bristol Post got their hands on it (the picture that is) and posted a story about it.... (click the link to see the story) Lee Brown replied.... Harrisons replied too, who wasnt impressed.... And now as a result, Taylor himself has felt the need to say something... please log in to view this image Oh well.
Now an official apology from the club http://www.bristolrovers.co.uk/news/article/official-apology-2461871.aspx
It's a lad having a bit of fun behind closed doors - whoever posted it outside needs to have a word with themselves though but even still, I have no issue with this. Matty is having a bit of fun after the biggest highlight of his career!
Easter took the photo and posted it on social media. Players usually kiss the trophy. I wonder if anyone kissed it afterwards I seen the local news yesterday and McChrystal was on it with trophy. The news would have known about Taylors member hanging on the trophy. Bet they made sure it was wiped clean before holding it
****ing hell doesn't the evil post have any worth while stories all the **** going on in the world and they think this is crime of the century.
Would have thought trust is pretty important. Not a nice thing for Easter to do, and interesting that Ellis was sticking up for MT...
And Brown and Lines too. They are the only ones who commented on it. Bad of Easter but maybe it was an accident or maybe done as a joke for a good laugh. I can see it now all the squad laughing at Taylor. It would have been football fans who had seen it and all who had a laugh from what I seen. But when Bristol Post made a story of it and made more than what it was and asked the public if Taylor took it too far having his member out then thats where it went downhill because non football fans will see the article and get offended!
but never meant for general public so we should never have seen it. Don't think Matty has done anything wrong here really
It's probably misconduct...posting the photo on social media I mean...what goes on in the changing rooms should stay there and unless MT has given his permission, which seems highly unlikely, it's bang to rights...
