If he's fit he's a massive upgrade mate, always had ability and nice and physical.

We have to play as we did second half, where we took the fight to them and stopped defending too deep.

 

Watched the Gooners/Foxes game over here last night. Showed where we need to be going, highly mobile midfield ball players. currently got M,Vila & Catts in midfield, while they are doing a job if and a big if we stay up, there,s only room for one of them and has to be M,Vila. 2full backs, striker, 2 Am,s as a minimum

 

What about Kirchhoff? He's looked brilliant as CDM - albeit he only played a few games and is now injured.

For me the difference is how quickly they get the ball from one end of the pitch to the other - utilise what you've got and they do it very well.

Lot of work to be done before we decide on who/what we need in the next window.

Agree in part mate, Kirchoff does look good and yes he could be the guy in front of the back four, we still badly lack midfield pace, like you say moving the ball from 1 end to the other quickly and i don,t mean thumping it long,
we haven,t got enough top notch midfielders to do it
Still upbeat about our chances but it,s defo touch and go
