    Fulham 2 Leytone Orient 4 (U18) (Friendly)

The squad currently doing so well in the tournament in Switzerland is incredibly young but the team of U18s at Motspur Park this morning are unbelievvably young:

L.Ashby-Hammond, Drameh, Page, Armsworth, Garrido, De Havilland, Tahir, Davis, Kelly, Hilton, Jasper

Terrific effort by the youngsters in the second half with Timmy Abraham getting both our goals.

With players back from Switzerland the lads got back into winning ways. And scoring plenty to boot. Sonny Hilton got a first half hat trick, the other two coming from Djed Spence and 'A Trialist'.

    The team was:

J Schwarzer, Spence, Corver (46’ Armsworth), York, Mundle-Smith, Asare (68’ Garrido), Kelly (Tahir), (60’ Francois) De Havilland, Abraham (50’ Trialist A), Hilton (60’ Davis), Santos-Clase.

Cheaham Utd 3 Fulham 2 (Fulham XI) (Friendly)

The 'Fulham XI' was in fact a mix of U23 and U18 players. No first teamers getting run out then!

T.Ashby-Hammond, Felix, Martin, Andrason, Davies (C), Kavanagh (40’ Garrido), Pearce (46’ Kait), Nabay, Humphrys, Trialist A, Thorsteinsson (85’ Harris)

Good to see Stevie Humphrys in form, scoring both our goals. Here's the link to our Club reporter's detailed account:

    No details as yet.

What a pre-season the younger side of the Academy have had though. Make it 6 wins and 1 loss (against Orient but with an incredibly young team), and scoring a total of 27 goals.

Young Mr Frei came on for his U18 debut. And that man Cameron Thompson was at it again, getting both our goals.

A new name for me is Tristan Cover but the team in this game is looking like the core for the season:

L.Ashby-Hammond (82’ Wickens), Spence, Cover (72’ Armsworth), Francois (69’ De Havilland), Asare, Garrido, Kelly (72’ Davis), Hilton (72’ Frei), Abraham (55’ York), Thompson, Santos-Clase (72’ Tahir)
