Even if he does the job in the Championship, he clearly is out of his depth in the Prem do we fire him as soon as we come up and find some one different for the Prem?
Excellent choice, decision made early so no time lost during a very important off season so that's a positive too. Lets embrace the New QPR, no more big name managers who do not perform . No more expensive, lazy signings based on the Manager thinks he is a good sort. Looking to build a young vibrant team around a small core of experienced pros. May not be an instant return to PL but when we do we will be better prepared.
3 year contract! Well not my choice but wish him well for the coming season & I'll be there to support him & team.
At least he can now afford to go to Barbados! I'd like to see bond go & I can't see him getting in old foges like last two managers, new breed & Lol forward to it.
100% agree. Lets see how he does with his own team. Very interesting summer ahead. Delighted that the club has made this appointment quickly.
I'm going to forget the last 3 months or so and go with the fresh start theory. We've seen Ramsey make some tactical mistakes but the situation he was left with was dire and his motivational skills at least have been on show. The 3 year contract shows that the owners are looking long term which is great by me; I just hope they manage to balance their new found pragmatism with continued ambition particularly regarding the new stadium.
Good news in my opinion. Needs to perform a few more tricks like making Philips rediscover his pre-QPR form, especially with the undoubted belt-tightening (or embargo) but it will be interesting to see what kind of football we play after a full pre-season.
Brave move by the "chairman" to split the fan base further, be under no illusion this is what he has chosen to do. Dream Manager.........I'll never believe another word of it as long as I live. Tony Fernandes is a lier, a loser and a dreamer. He's also been cornered again, this time by Ferdinand who would likely have walked if CR didn't get the job. Learned anything Tony? My advise is to stop wearing pants, that way you can't get them pulled down every year. I feel like my insides have been replaced with raw sewage.
He has not had a fair chance of yet because Tony refused to sack Arry. If we are not in the top half of the championship after 10 games, I think everyone will want him out.
Not necessarily the perfect choice, but I'm happy with the appointment. Onwards and upwards, I urge all supporters to get behind the team and manager.
