    My wife has gone down this morning to collect our undelivered tickets hammers and gills tickets.

    ordered 14th jan 2015

    I have just recieved a text from her, the ticket office asked her if i ordered gills and hammers tickets,i said they have my booking reference they should know."why are they asking that question"

    I reckon there is a major flaw on the system, hence all these tickets not being sent out.

    Comical there could be all sorts of issues tomorrow.

    It gets worse girls do not even know how to reprint tickets down there <doh> que of people in same predicament,all waiting for tickets.
