Benyon is not a bad player.
Downes is ex Gas CB. (someone who you should know <whistle>)
Ofori-Acheampong scored passed us at the Mem and looked pretty decent.

Don't know much about them, other than...................
Benyon's best days may be behind him. Would have had him here a season or two ago.
Downes did well for us. IF we don't go up, and IF Parkes moves on,
I wouldn't mind seeing him back here.

Ofori Achaempong is the only one I would consider.

Rice: There's many better goalkeepers than him.
Benyon: Inconsistent and probably past his best
Tonge: Experienced player but I'd much prefer Leadbitter and Lockyer as our left-back choices
Cruise: Maybe not a bad back-up option
    Downes: We don't need him.
Pearce: One of the most over-rated defenders in recent years.
Parcell: Youngster, so he's been released by Torquay because he's not good enough for them
Cameron: Has talent but not the best in terms of work rate

Might have a punt as a squad player on Norwood. Reckon DC and MS would be able to get the best out of him.

Norwood wouldn't be a bad signing...

As for the rest - no thanks.
