    Hull Cheese landlords, was it Andy and Carol Murphy?

    Henry's was definitely the roughest for me, was in there every Friday night though.

    The Eagle, sadly missed for me, even away fans welcome. Our first year in the Prem with West Ham, Chelsea & Newcastle fans. Great place RIP.

    Whittington & Cat in the 1980's

    Regulars seemed to think they had the right of way when walking past the dart board.

    Which would normally be fine until non-regulars had a game of darts.

    Scamps and Henry's were rough old places - I worked in Trog Bar for three years in the seventies, there was often mass brawls with the bouncers leaving glass all over the place - one of my jobs was to collect all the ginger and tonic mixer bottles that hadn't been fully used and make full bottles and put a cap on them

    Not mentioned New York & Silver Cod when frequented by City mobs.

    A fight in town in the 80's could get nasty in either Bass House or Centre Bar due to the tightly packed pub and narrowness to the exit.

    Sandringham. Not the roughest I've ever been in. But it's up there.

    Pilot in Bev road isn't exactly welcoming.

    Always enjoyed Shakespeare's Head in Leicester. Pint of mild in a pub decorated in the theme of 1967.

    Yeah enjoying it. Cocktails aren't cheap - by Uk standards, probably are for Aussies - as you'd expect to pay £9 in a decent city centre bar in the U.K. However when you compare that to £4 for a nice meal then the booze is really expensive!

    Cameo was the coffee club, in which you could purchase bottles of watered down rum under the bar.
    Ocean 11 was a club with a licence to sell booze over the counter.

    Played some decent music in there and to be honest it wasn't so bad as long as you didn't upset any of the regulars.
