The top of the table Chairboys (I will never get tired saying that) travel to Nottinghamshire for some playful rutting against our friends the Stags and will be looking to extend their 9 game unbeaten run and maintain their position at the top of League Two. Gareth Ainsworth takes a full squad to Field Mill with Captain Paul Hayes likely to return to the starting line up and also Hogan Ephraim looking for some game time, but all eyes will be on the weather as large parts of northern England have been covered in snow all week. This will be a tricky encounter against a team going through transition with a few new faces amongst their ranks but I expect come Saturday evening Gaz and the lads to be heading back down south still top of the table
Am hoping that this one isn't postponed, it's not too far from me & will be a welcome break after my exams! Anyone else going? Predicting a 2-0 victory
How we are 0-0 I don't know. Just in the last 15 mins we could easily be 4-0 down. Brilliant saves, clearance off the line , twice hit the woodwork.
This is one game we won't be winning. 5 yellows. We'll be lucky to end up with 11 on the pitch. Top of the league? I heard a Mansfield supporter shout. Sounds like we are crap today. Mansfield 14 shots and 11 corners to our 4 and 2
0-0. Sounds like McClure should have scored with his first touch of the game in the last minute. Would have been daylight robbery though
Be interesting to hear from the guys that went today - the stats suggest we were pony and very lucky to get a point. Why weren't any subs used earlier (also none used last week) to change things around? Has he forgotten we have a full bench now!? Anyways point gained, only one more victory to be safe
What a ****e game that was, will do a proper match report when I get home, but the ref was absolute utter bollocks & Mansfield were dirty fouling ****. McClure missed a sitter in the last minute. Best part of the day was accidentally meeting Jose on the train!
And we are still top of the league with Pompey home next week there is a good chance we could still be there
