Announced yesterday after appearing as a trialist that we have signed midfielder Luke O'Nien. He was released by Watford after many years with the club (from 9yrs old). Spent last season on loan at Wealdstone and only made one professional sub appearance for the Hornets.
However, seems to be highly rated by many and had undoubted ability. I was just reading his Twitter page and the lad is truly a football fanatic. He is obviously humble but oozes desire to reach the top.

The lad seems to lack a bit of physicality, but could add that bit of skill we have been missing in midfield. I think that his attitude seems unquestionable and predict he will become a fans favourite

    Hope so.

Has any effort been made to bring Torres back?

Think Sergio is pretty shot, from what what I have heard. Also his salary would be an issue

I doubt salary would be an issue as he is currently playing as a semi-professional, in the Conference South, for for Whitehawk, having signed for them in July 2014 following his release from Crawley Town.

However, if he is shot, that does make it irrelevant. Shame as he was a good player and crowd pleaser.

Just gone 34, which I'm not saying is too old but Gaz likes his midfield (and whole team really) to be full of energy, maybe he isn't up to it anymore. However for very small wages he would be great to bring on for final 15 to give everyone a lift. Doubt he would be pushing for starting many games though.
