Looking forward to this game! My team would be something like: Forster, Clyne, Fonte, Yoshida, Bertrand, Reed, Davis, Ward-Prowse, Mane, Elia, Pelle.
Getting stoked for this one. Must win if we're to keep our grip on 3rd! Doubt Koeman will start elia and mane, keep one on the bench and play tadic.
Thought Yoshida spoke really well. Same ethic as everyone else. Really nice to hear we're all on same page whether orchardstrated or genuine.continues the warm, positive glow there's something cooking her!
I'd have: At number 8 is Jack Cork At number 7 is Javk Cork At number 6 is Jack Cork.... That's for you Lff
But he's a professional footballer; he should be moaning he isn't first choice, where's his Dad moaning that he's not played enough
I must say that I'm feeling rather pumped for this one. I know we're going to be able to say this about many games for the rest of the season but this one feels like a pivotal game. We're playing with possibly our weakest midfield of the season against a side that can turn it on if they choose. Get through this and I'll feel a great deal happier. Vin
Given that I really can't see Mane coming straight back into the starting XI (more likely to feature off the bench, imo), then the only selection choice I can see is Yoshida or Gardos. With Cork gone, the other ten players pick themselves now, given the injuries that we have (and Mane only recently back from Africa). Given that he was ahead of Gardos before he went away, I'm going to guess that it will be Yoshida who gets the nod. Almost bizarrely, despite us having so few options, I'm exceptionally confident of a comfortable victory.
Every game seems pivotal now, as Onionman says. We should beat Swansea, but I'm afraid we will blow it. But I think that every game and I'm usually wrong
All the statistics point to a home win, but then so did the Palace game, yet I think this will be a tough and close encounter. Will be delighted with any sort of win, a bit like the Newcastle game.
We're doing well mainly because we deserve it, but we've also had a spot of luck...as we did with the win at Swansea. Hope we dominate this time.

As does Owen. Now I'm really worried! http://hereisthecity.com/en-gb/2015/02/01/michael-owen-comments-on-southampton-v-swansea-city/
S Swap mane for Tadic Let's hope we hit them early for a few goals so they loose hope and give up. I'm worried after the FA cup defeat our midfield is to light without victor or Morgan :/
Good thing that it's Swansea today then, hardly a team known for their fight and grit. But yes, there's no question that we are weaker without Morgan and Vic.
