Trying to stay positive swan (not that easy at the minute) we have the best run in of the teams at the bottom end. Hull are the form team at the minute, so they look safe, though that could change, Palace have a tough run in, West Ham are in free fall - its between us three as I see it. Are we going to see Baston or Monty take a part?...............<cheers>

Happy to criticise the Manager or anyone else when warranted but you can't blame Clement for Naughton's injury and our lack of quality options on the bench. Fer has experience in that position and it was a natural move. One minute Clement's great, the next a 'numpty'. I don't buy that at all.

I also don't buy this "Spurs never give up" bollocks. Yes, they were by far the better side but made the breakthrough when Naughton went off - a point missed on the BBC website and all the #COYS ****ing tweets I've had to swallow. Up until that point Fabianski had very little to do. We were well organised and they were restricted to shooting from distance - poorly.

Bad luck tonight - pure and simple.

Dai no straws clutching i think we have an easier run in than Palace.

Swansea remaining fixtures; West Brom, West Ham, Stoke, Watford, Man U, Everton and Sunderland.

1 fighting for Europe and one likely to be relegated before we play

Palace; Arsenal, Leicester, Tottenham, Burnley Liverpool, Hull Manchester City and United.

5 are fighting for a Europe place and one relegation.

Why would I do that <doh> clutching at straws again.......I'm a realist and our last 5 games have confirmed Clements as a useless manager......Bring in Curt at least we will have half a chance of winning......

I'm a bit confused here. Our first 2 goals came from moves down your left flank. Naughton going off certainly ruined your excellent shape and organisation, but we were completely ineffective down our left flank all game.

my concern is the manner of the defeat and the effect on the players. A real blow to our confidence that will be, so Mr Clement's man-management is going to get tested now.

Sadly, with West Ham up next, we know Carroll scores, so we will need to score more than one to win.....and away from home it doesn't look great.
But we go again, as Jacks we have all been in far more precarious positions so keep the faith!

Waking up to this result. While, as it reads, the manner of collapse is disappointing I didn't really expect us to get points against Spurs.
What irks me is when I look at the line up. I'd say this was a 'nothing to lose' game so there's opportunity there to (a) get Monty match sharp; (b) blood a youngster cos we'll need them next year; and (c) play Siggy in his proper position. I understand we have sod all strength in depth but Ayew up front when we need a big man just beggars belief.
Anyway, fingers crossed for the Hammers game.

i dont think we do give up though, we were ineffective with our possession but a lot of the play was just outside the Swansea box all night and we did not stop till we got in, then when we did, we turned the place over...i call that 'not giving up'. We have gone behind 12 times this season...we have only failed to overturn a deficit in 3 of them, we have recovered 17 points from a losing position, the highest in the league.

Most teams would take the draw with an 88th minute equalizer, we wont. You defended well but the pressure told at the end...whether that was through your gaffer feeling the need to make a change, your team switching off or losing momentum due to the substitution...whatever it was it allowed us to over power you. We had 2 shots on goal by the 80th minute and another 8 up till full time...the fact that we dont give up most definitely contributed to the mental collapse of your team.

Best of luck though and i hope you stay up.

Taking Fer out of the middle was a big mistake, and putting Ki there was an even bigger calamity, these changes the manager made, all when he had a spare LB on the bench, he could have easily switched Olson to RB and fielded Kingsley at LB, but that's too obvious to the nugget, sick and tired of crap management to see out games this season, we are where we are deservedly, how many games have we thrown away this season?

Taking off Ayew before the end, when he was having his best game and form was another idiotic decision by Clementine..........<ok>

Ayew was buggered and therefore ineffective at the end.
