Chelsea will want guarantees, we won't offer that. He also can't go further Norf than the Watford Gap, don't forget, it's a medical condition.
The question is who do you think you are ? You are new boys in the PL next season remember. There's nothing to say you won't struggle again.
True, the new boys who wouldn't cow tow to Chelsea's demands regarding guaranteed playing time for their player in our team. Unlike the mighty Swans.
I'm so glad. It's all hearsay, but as soon as a player hesitates, you have to move on. Thauvin is a classic example. We pushed and pushed, he never really wanted it and his play showed this. Abraham genuinely believes he's going to make it at Chelsea (chuckle), he doesn't want to go down to Newcastle.
It makes sense for him to go to Swansea to improve his skills. " hello lad, what's your name?" " Tammy" " And what would say you were good at Tammy?" " sheep shagging "
New boys who've missed only 3 seasons of top flight football since the start of the PL - hardly in the Huddersfield or Brighton category. How many PL seasons have Swansea missed - 19! But why lets facts get in the way of a good wum attempt??
We can't have a player on board whose got to be picked for the team. His attitude didn't sound positive either - "wanting to wait to see what other options came in ..." If Abraham goes somewhere else, I'm fine with that.
Not especially fussed about Abraham. We have Gayle who scored as many last year in less games coming in to his peak, Perez looking like he is improving under Rafa and Mitro who offers something a bit different but is genuinely excited to be at the club and again has time to improve. All have played EPL before and scored goals. Abraham is an undoubted talent but is unproven at this level, which ever club he goes to will HAVE to play him and if he sinks most likely so will the club. Also not a big fan of loan signings would rather improve the options we have with permanent signings.
About the same as your hunt for a manager Baz. Apparently the ice cream seller on Roker beach is the latest to turn the job down.
Abraham - I think that is fair enough personally. Swansea despite a poor season are an established PL side. They are more attractive option than ourselves. One of the hottest prospects around right now, but I can't really see him dislodging Llorente who is high quality when fit. He might spend quite a bit of time watching.
I do hope Ellis isn't stringing you along with all this new owner stuff. That would be terrible... I do find it really cute when a mackem comes on to try to take the mick in their current scenario Yeah we're **** but we're not that ****.
I'm fine with it too. I do find it funny, though, that Look forward to receiving an update this time next week
You'll find out how **** you really are next season pal. Bottom 6 fighting to stay up is my bet. It's just funny when a huge team like Newcastle can't attract players like Tammy boy
