The series see-saws again, such a shame Anderson is out for Trent Bridge.

Great win and a big confidence booster, nice to see Finn back to his best and Bell spanking the ball around again. We now have a real series to rival 2005...

Amazing turn around following the Lords debacle. I was surprised by the Australians here, normally they're relentless when they get on top.
I think Lyth has to go, I would move Moeen Ali up the order to open and bring in Rashid. We need a real spinner and go for it and try and win the next test and therefore the series at Trent Bridge.

Lyth has to go, Taylor in. It will be interesting to see who replaces Anderson

Or ....................... with England leading 2-1 going into the fourth test, The Australians come fighting back again to secure the fourth test match, making it 2-2 with one to play.

The fifth and final test is a washout so the Australians retain The Ashes.
Aussie is beside himself and wishes to pass on his condolences to our English friends for a good clean test series.
We'll see you all in the land of Oz.

Interesting that the only additions to the squad are the two bowlers Plunkett and Footitt. Clearly they are placing faith in Lyth coming good whereas I would have given Taylor a chance.

Footitt is a good call as a left arm quick he's really highly rated by many in the county game despite being at an 'unfashionable' county like Derbyshire, he'd give us a bit more variety and is genuinely quick...
