The kid in 4th place looks like a lot of ‘townies’ you’d see in the early to mid 90s. From the hair, to the faint tash, right down to the jumper/shirt combo. I’d be willing to bet he’s got some sort of shiny buckle on his shoes too. You’d see these types across Hull; from new town to the marina; or, if you were lucky, you might see one in a local park playing football bare chested with jeans.
