Got that beast up front for them, but if Plym can quiet him for an hour, they should be alright. Better to let the Devon team go, helps next years charge I suppose.
Thanks, that's kind of you to say. I probably should, especially now that it's half-term. And tbf, Meowth should post more on the Portsmouth forum for that matter! And yeah, Plymouth getting promoted would be best for us, they're always challenging for the top, so it would mean one consistent challenger gone.
What's the matter? Can't I ask a question? No need to try and patronise TSS, none at all. I also support England. Thick and thin. Mostly thin. You have made it perfectly clear on so many occasions that you don't really like football away from Saints. That's probably a little different to most on a football forum, but that's still fine. However it is perfectly acceptable for someone to want to support their country in a sport ... even when they are a useless bunch of overhyped idiots. (Ryan excluded )
A random post is less likely to get engagement from an audience. As proved by the zero on topic response to your post. Oh and I've countered it numerous times when you've bleated about it in the past. You never liked it then and probably won't like it still.
Nothing's the matter. I thought you were being your usual cocky self. Don't pick an argument. I'm in a good mood.
No, not really. I was expressing my view of one or two overrated current England players. You decided it was something to do with my supporting status of Saints. Actually thought you'd posted in the wrong thread, but I answered anyway.
Our boys are having a good weekend...Long, Isgrove, Wanyama and Pelle score. And JWP, Targett and the 'other one' (?) celebrate winning the Toulon tournament.
Oh I apologies then. I thought you said you'd like to see Bale rip into an England side, after I commented that I thought he'd cause us some problems. That and all our overhyped heroes. I must have misinterpreted that.
Maybe so, but it's my decision to post it or not. Why does it matter to you if one of my posts gets little or no engagement? And numerous times? I only posted about the play-off once, the last time it happened which was last year and iirc, most people dismissed my arguments simply due to the fact that I was seen as being biased as Portsmouth were involved and I remember one person (it might have been you) insinuating I was a hypocrite because I only complained here after we lost (implying I wouldn't have an issue with the match if we had won... despite the fact that I had complained about it on Twitter prior to the game and I'm complaining about it now despite having no vested interest in the outcome of the match)
Well, I always appreciate anyone offering advice or help, but the way it was worded in a sarky tone made it sound like a dig than advice.
That's how you took it. You've not been around for awhile and you'll find that many things like a forum, get better interaction if you post regularly. I'm not staying it's right, more a fact of life.
I suppose you're right, I'm sorry. But let's be honest, even when I posted here regularly, people were rarely engaged by my posts about women's football!
That's only because the vast majority of football supporters are not engaged with Women's football. Not because you posted about the subject.
