Watching the United game and the ball is played to Lukaku who runs towards it so the United defence stops

He then stops and Mirallas runs in and scores. Please explain how the hell Lukaku is not interfering? The all was passed to him ffs and he went for it then changed his mind?

    How about Falcaos dissalowed goal?

It was a ddeflection off the utd player not a forward pass so should it have counted

I said similar. If a ball deflects off a defender inadvertently to a striker it is offside! It's classed as a forward pass though. The Mirallas goal is a joke. Bet mariner would've disallowed it for us

Just excuses for us mate. We looked like **** today. No doubt Everton fans will be saying they beat our best team, but without Carrick we just look void of any invention.

Falcao reminds me of Forlan and as for Di Maria I'd be happy to see the back of him.

Good thing for you lot is we'll probably need something from Hull if we are chasing 3rd or maybe even 4th. Whether we'd beat them is another matter, not with a performance like today.

It was the third so had little bearing like but that should be offside imo mate. Thought generally you were the better side today personally but that doesn't say much really as neither team were sparklingly good. Carrick is massive for you guys though

Story of our season mate, possession with no penetration.

Hopefully we've done enough and we'll scrape by the rest of the season and get 4th.

Everton deserved the win, McCarthy is a top player, we just seem to drop off too much against the 'smaller' teams.

Just read where LVA reckons the game was lost it during the warm up. He's always been an odd ball but this is knew, even for him.

This offside rule is a joke, the old system was much better clear daylight otherwise play on. And as for interfering with play who dreamt that stupid rule up should be shot. What is the point of it, rules for rules sake ffs.

To quote Brian Clough , " If he's NOT interfering with play , he shouldn't be on the pitch".

Why they ever changed the offside rule is beyond me, it causes so much confusion now whereas before , a player was either offside or onside, no grey area's.
