Did you read the fiasco about my tickets on the other thread this morning there a joke down at the ground.
The Club admin is pathetic. I want to buy 5 tickets for the MK Dons game but have a question I need answered first. Like a fool I ring, as advised on website, 01179 630 600. It's impossible. First you get 'press 1 for this' etc etc. Then you get, and continue to get for 4mins 32 seconds, drivel about the upcoming Yorkshire Carnegie fixture this Friday and this Sunday's West Ham FA Cup fixture. Then it's 'this is a mail box and press this' to speak to someone. After another 5 minutes of continuous ring tone - I gave up. Piss up in a Brewery ? It doesn't come close.
Managed to get through to club this morning and get back into A block Dolman as it is now open again, but guess what cannot have our old seats back to next season, but did give me a couple of end seats at the other end. I cannot see for the life of me why it had to close A block, to remove those lower dolman seats could have been done in a week we were playing away, why they closed it for half a season was crazy. lost revinue, people moved that did not need to be.
Eureka. I rang a few minutes ago would you believe a voice answered my phone call. 5 Tickets are now in the post for the MK Dons fixture.
So you wanted 5 tickets and you got 5 tickets by speaking to someone on the phone? Blimey this club is a nightmare!!
I'm debating about swapping my seats for the remainder of the season, because the new stairs create an bad view. When people are coming in or going out I lose view all together now. Not blaming the club because the stairs are for safety reasons but it's hindering my enjoyment. How difficult was it for you to switch?
It would then be choice of missing a few minutes or him rabbiting in my ear. **** that I will stay put
To be fair the guy was very proffesional, very easy. Wished i ordered the dons tickets whilst on the phone
Is it because your a bit special? You could of given someone a test drive in one of your cars and got them to pick them up for you. They might buy the car and you also save £1 so everyone's a winner
