Yeah, well worth a spell in jail. You idiot. -> Did the Boro fannies get charged too? Face facts. They weren't fannies. They were provoked and 2 of them ended up running the City lads. And they'd of kicked the **** out of you too.
Did I ever say it was worth a spell in jail you ****ig tool? And a five year old could kick **** out of you.
-> I was just coming on to say that last punch was a corker. Well played sir please log in to view this image . The boro don't like it up em. Fannies. Grow up.
Which as a result keeps an army of police employed on match days at the KC stadium were, correct me if I'm wrong, we had one arrest there last season. There will be no more police on duty outside of nightclubs at daft o'clock in the morning to prevent this sort of stuff, which has always gone on, but there will be plenty milking it at the football.
What happened to having a few pints, watching the footy in the boozer, a friendly game of around the clock and then home via the chippy
Interesting point made to me this afternoon. How do the police/judge know these lads even went to the game ? They might have nothing to do with Hull City at all so why is the clubs name citied with the offence and all over the newspapers when it's got nothing to do with Hull City AFC ? Also why have they received football banning orders when this offence was committed hours after a game they might not have even been too and nowhere near the ground ? Surely a ban from entering the city centre after a certain time would have been more fitting ?
It would be pretty simple for the police to find out if they've been at the game or not. I would suggest statements from those involved and witnesses would be how they decided it was football related. All we've got to go off is a cctv video with no sound, to suggest they've got it wrong with absolutely no context when they have all the info is just absurd.
The police are likely to have used more evidence than what your discussion over Sunday lunch can muster.
You have a lot of faith in Humberside Police. They have a vested financial interest in making the KCOM seem a cauldron of seething hooligan hatred, only contained thanks to them having a high level of police at as many games as possible.
You think the police routinely expose themselves to the obvious risk of high court challenge? Stick to what you know mate. Blathering on about how exciting the 70s were.
The court isn't going to sentence people for something football related without actually having evidence of it being football related. Look how many cases or charges can get dropped or thrown out on technicalities.
I've no idea what gets challenged in the high courts. Do you? If so, why not share it with us? So I'll take your advice and stick to what I know- which is what I see with my own eyes on a fortnightly basis from August to May, namely chronic police overmanning at the most innocuous of fixtures, starting at 11am. Over to you.
