http://www.getwestlondon.co.uk/spor...ransfer-talk-qpr-rumoured-interested-13053254 QPR are thought to be interested in signing soon-to-be free agent Stefan Maierhofer from SV Mattersburg. The 6ft 7in target-man is out of contract at the end of the season, and is thought to be keen on a return to the English Football League. The Austrian international, who has picked up 18 caps for his country since 2008, is known to manager Ian Holloway as he was part of his Millwall squad who were relegated in the 2013-14 season. A real physical presence, Maierhoffer could be the kind of attacking force that QPR will be searching for this summer as they strive to improve their record in front of goal in the new campaign. 6'7...I wonder what style of football we might play if we got this player in.
"he was part of his Millwall squad who were relegated in the 2013-14 season" Brilliant!!! What a track record If this is the sign of things to come, it's another very tough season ahead.
i really wanted to bring ollie back but what is he doing trying to bring in this useless journeyman ,come on ollie you can get better than this

I won't say I told you so but.....I told you so. Hollow will turn us into a Millwall and we end up a League One club if he is in charge. You will get the usual numpties who say 'it's our cave' and that Hollow is QPR however, the fact is that we just missed out on relegation and people still want him. Worst mistake we have made in a long time in bringing him back.
Agree...as I've commented on here before, we need to move forward, and all the old faces are only taking us backwards!
