Just holding on customer service number. Recorded message said system was continually being updated to allow folk to buy tickets. Sounds like they're loading up customer reference numbers in dribs and drabs.
Finally sorted, but only by borrowing a mate's client ref no.. for some reason mine was not recognised. Once in, it is easy. We look about 50% sold.
We're probably ending general sale on that site on the Tuesday because of postage reasons as well as preventing (or trying to) opposition fans buying in our end. I imagine they'll then be for sale at our place instead over a counter somewhere.
They have to sell some on Friday, as I mentioned it's pay day for most people last Friday of the month. Surely some can't afford to buy until then.
Absolutly gutted got account open in front of me with ticket history purchases yet just will not let me log in or acticate acount says not reconsider been at this sins 2
don`t the club have to buy the tickets from wembley then sell them on if they are to sell them after Tuesday ?????????? not sure but wouldn`t think wembley will just send them on willy nilly.
No chance of selling out. Shed loads of tickets left. Plus FC and rovers playing on the same day which will take a few off
Phew, just got mine. Had to speak with customer service though. Bloke there was unbelievably helpful after the day he must have had, but he took my number, went off and did something, and called me back 10 mins later and it was working.
I was on the database but they said I didn't have "privileges" which I assume they meant I hadn't purchased any tickets this season - if so why did they even bother sending my details to Ticketmaster? I phoned Hull City ticket office and I was told "it's nothing to do with them they just send the details to Ticketmaster". I said "you shouldn't use them if they don't know what they are doing!"
do you mean me? 0844 248 5009 it wasn't a question of them being helpful or not - the system wouldn't let them proceed if it said I don't have privileges.
I was just told my Customer Number is being rejected as the list City sent to Ticketmaster only contains people who have purchased home tickets this season. I live in London & go to away games. Apparantly an updated list is being sent over to Ticketmaster. What a balls up!!!!
if the telephone people say I don't have privileges you will see the problem the online booking accepted my customer reference and Hull City ticket office said my customer reference was OK for buying tickets You would think the phone people had access to the same database as the online system
Yes thanks - area 527 It looks like the problem was I only went to away matches this season so I wasn't on the first list for who could have tickets - although my customer number was found. It took about 500 phone calls on three phones to be told I couldn't have a ticket. I then called customer services but the number was unobtainable and the ticket office who made out it was Ticketmaster's problem now it seems it was the club's cockup.
I still can't buy a ticket!!!!!. Been trying since 2pm. I'm getting seriously f**cked off now & about to jack it in. Only supported the club for 43 years!!!!!!
