What problem are you having? After my problems on the phone I took brownbagtiger's advice (#442) and after filling in the details I got straight through
Done surprisingly easy - only early glitch was my customer password thing which I'd forgot & had to reset ... otherwise okay apart from cost ...
Agree 5 booked, login in was a bit tricky but beats a 10 hour wait going round and round the KC!! I'll be buzzing all week!! Up the Tigers!!!!!
Finally booked after 3hr messing about! Ended up calling ticket office they did not have me on there system even tho iv been to 6 games this season. She was very helpful gave me a new number and had them booked in 5 min
The Ticketmaster website will not accept my customer number Its valid as I've purchased away tickets this season & I rang the KC & they verified its an active Customer Number So it's not been included on the list City sent to Ticketmaster KC is now closed. Ticketmaster Customer Services is now closed
All this stuff about different databases is nonsense, there was one database given to Ticketmaster and it's got every ticket sale transaction/customer since 2012 (according to the club). There's nothing to stop anyone who's bought a ticket from 2012 to now, from buying a Wembley ticket, so don't let them tell you otherwise.
The problem is Hull City and Ticketmaster blame each other - or at least Hull City say they gave the correct details to Ticketmaster and Ticketmaster say they are using the details Hull City sent them. How come Ticketmaster said something was wrong on the phone at 3 pm yet I could use my customer number on the website at 4 pm?
jeepers, what a frustrating afternoon, until i got through to the club. the bloke i spoke to was seriously helpful to be honest. sorted all the code stuff out for me, told me what to do, ticket bought! train booked from manchester, just got to find my scarf! and some beer money... cheshire
I wasn't able to activate my account until 2 pm but when I asked why there was that restriction nobody knew. So you have to wait and then deal with any problems while tickets are being sold!
As Peter said I was successful going through the activate account route, lead me straight in to purchase tickets.
If there's only one database then it doesn't make sense why I could get a ticket online but on the phone I was told I couldn't although they could find my name and customer reference but "without privileges"! I kicked up a fuss and they spoke to a supervisor but that didn't do any good The customer service number was unobtainable
This hasn't been the case all of this afternoon. I couldn't buy a ticket until the customer services guy went off and 'did something' for 10 minutes, then I could, using exactly the same procedure I'd been trying earlier. I don't know how Ticketmaster manage their database(s) or how they integrated the City one but it does seem to have caused issues.
