Match Day Thread West Brom vs Southampton K.O 3pm (28/02/2015)

After being pretty annoyed about this for a lot of the evening, I decided to look at things in a different way. Sure we have made things tough for ourselves, and we aren't scoring, but that is temporary. Until things are mathematically assured, it is still possible to achieve the most remarkable of seasons, even though this one has been a joy nevertheless. The team will get it right, and I will be there on tuesday just trying to suck the ball into the net. A win against palace and things will look up. It will be hard, but things are still possible. Lets at least give the big boys one last scare before the end of the season.

Count me in too. West Brom wasted time and got 3 points. We are on a long journey and if it was easy it wouldn't be so worth it. We have come a long way and Ron has already made it clear he didn't come here for an easy life but for a proper challenge. Can't wait for our next goal. Courage Mes Amis!

I still find it amazing that after a row of bad results we are still close to the top. Getting points on the board at the start of the season is the way to go. Hold on, guys, the ride may get bumpy, but we are still on the ride.

 

... and take that eight away or apply a "standard" 2-0 win & our "goals for" has looked pretty poor all season esp for a top 4 side.

Yes, loads have on the Echo site - the same people who blamed him for the Coutinho goal. Some people are even hinting gently that Ron may have outstayed his welcome. I kid you not.

Yesterday and today's drivel on there was so bad that I've decided to leave it alone until the end of the season. Add in the fact that I never post on any forum in the summer (too much madness every year) I guess I'm off there until August.

Those Echo posters all seem to stand round me at the games. Not a word when we're doing well then an endless torrent of bile if we do anything wrong.
