He'll play Saturday in the cup I reckon. And then ELC semi etc. Thought he was playing yesterday, what with the slow play and all!
I'm sure it was him who sent off a Saints player v Spurs and essentially gifted them the game? Also gave a penalty for the same 'offence', it wasn't even a ****ing foul.
I think he's crocked Chief. I'm not interested in the slow play debate, I just think Rooney has long been an issue that prevents the squad/team/manager from focussing 100% on the next game. Will he play, where will he play, how will he play, will he break whatever record...? Take him out of the equation and it's just about picking a team to win a game of football.
Hope he gets fit and plays Saturday and Tuesday , if only give Zlat a breather before the Liverpool game. Taking my youngest son to his first game on Saturday though and he'd be gutted if he doesn't see Zlatan. Can't wait myself, it'll be ****ing epic taking him to OT first time out. My eldest son has to wait for his debut, which is Palace last game of the season. I think I'm buzzing more than they are!!
To be honest, if a sneaky bid came in for him this window I don't think the squad would suffer. We have strength in depth in midfield and Rashford and Martial will always provide a pacier alternative to Rooney
The RS are slowly disintegrating- their main strikers are off either injured or on international duty. Henderson the donkey is injured and they can't make their minds about their GK, recalling a GK they dumped as not good enough. #Fear from #kloppyflop
Are you actually going to contribute to it or is it this strange obsession you have with being the person who 'wrote' the match day thread? Either way, open it is.
No, absolutely spot on. If I thought you'd played well I'd have no problem saying so... as I have in the past.
