Perfect weather to get the thongs on, the boardies and head down to the beach for a game of dodge the shark! And no, not those kinda thongs :p At the moment, im in Perth, and it is a balmy 19 degrees here. Got the trackies & Hoodie on, and the wee fire going aswell. Heaven :D

39 here today in Amsterdam, sitting here bollock naked airco on full blast, drank more liquid than a drowning man, just as hot as mombassa but worse here, there its dry heat, here its so much moisture due to so much watter. if i left the country now they wouldn't let me back in, same color as an asian gentleman. cant wait to get to me house in kilifi, and improve the tan

I love the winters down here. Being from the North of Scotland originally means i prefer the cold. Cant stand the really hot summers, im in indoors, butt naked, downing cans of VB repeatedly saying to myself "**** me, this is hot as ****" over and over.

Invites were sent to the SoL care of Maggie, she seems so trustworthy to get them to you all, i don't have any addresses!

I've got Maggie on speed-dial. I'll pick them up tomorrow.

But for ****s sake, when we all turn up, put some kegs on!

Aussies and kegs is something you'd never have to worry about! :emoticon-0167-beer::emoticon-0167-beer::emoticon-0102-bigsm<cheers>

Spent 5 years in Bondi Beach working in a pub down there, looking after a **** ton of kegs and beer. If anyone can throw a keg about, it's me :D Well, maybe not as sprightly as I used to, it was 10 years ago !

Weather was ok today, little breezy which made the choice of clubs bit tricky, greens like ****ing lightning, 9.5 on stint. Played like a twat and shot an 85.
Oh well always next year lol.
Hope you enjoyed the society game yourself?

I had the hottest round I've played in 6 years today, and I don't mean on the scorecard.

I was ready to walk off after 11 holes!

My lad got his first eagle today and nearly got his second on the last hole! Awesome to watch!

Played today and it was ****ing hot. I was one over after the first seven (playing off a society handicap of 8 - I'm a 14 handicap) then the wheels fell off big time. The club had its club championship today and play was ultra slow but still enjoyable. 5 blobs came 3rd with 27 points :emoticon-0107-sweat

Crumble - i would take a 85 anytime at Southwood - i enjoy the course but never seem to play it well.

Blunham - pleased for your lad; eagles are somewhat difficult to come by. I am sure you will have better days personally:emoticon-0148-yes:

Just getting back into it mate. Still very rusty. Third round in 4 weeks after not playing for 18 months. Short game is **** from inside 100 yards.

Your round sounds almost identical to my lad's. He was 1 over gross on the front but the wheels came off on the back nine.

    A bloody infuriating game!
