So, despite being totally hacked off and depressed after the City horror weekend, please spare a thought for those of us in Junior Schools who, Monday morning, had to paint a smile on our faces and generate from somewhere a positive, stress free, enthusiastic and motivational attitude for all of our children taking SATS tests this week! 2 down, reading and spelling/grammar, just 2 days of maths to go. Same also to any parents with children taking their tests, good luck to all. Still, at least the stress from the weekend was good preparation for stress currently being endured!

Now, they're ridiculous. Kids don't need to know half the things on the test and the level of work is harder than what they do in KS3 (for some absurd reason).
Stressed at 10 surely not.?? I think it's the parents and teachers getting stressed and passing it down.
