Are ferrari going to stream their drivers debrief anywhere? That would be a laugh. How did such a tiny touch cause that much damage to 2 cars!
I'd like to imagine that shortly beforehand somebody on the Ferrari pitwall said. "you know what, all the team orders have caused so much grief this season, let's just let them race this time..."
Charles being a bit more mature than Seb! I can see how seb received puncture but can't see how Charles had puncture and suspension failure.
Is that official as Sainz is under investigation for Drs use after safety car as are 5 other drivers!
No idea what's going on. Been in town with my daughter so not been keeping up. Hate how results change post race, especially after a really good race
Anyone found a replay of Ham/Albon incident? Looked like Albon was at fault at first for going wide and cutting back across, but happened very fast and haven't seen replay since.
Only seen 1 replay but at bad angle. They said Albon was taking racing line and Lewis wasn't far enough forward the make the dive up the inside. It was a bit of a rookie move from Lewis, I do sort of admire him for still fighting for position but feel very bad for Albon who did an excellent job and deserved a podium.
It's really hard to tell from the single angle. It does look like Hamilton gets alongside and Albon leaves the door open, but Hamilton should have been fully aware that Albon would be heading for the apex with not a lot of opportunity to see him there. Some more angles would be nice. Hamilton has apologized for the incident though, so he must feel at least somewhat at fault there. Sucks for Albon though.
It was mainly Ham's error as he was behind and has more experience but I'd give 30% of the blame to Albon. He didn't defend and then came across when by his own admission he didn't know where Hamilton was. Very unfortunate outcome for Albon though. Like the Ferrari clash it was a shame when it would have been nice to have seen a bit more of the racing that was unfolding.
