Humberside Police at their finest tonight. Way blocked behind NE corner to stop home fans leaving towards Walton St. Away fans have to get to station so walk round the wall and mingle with home fans on walkway slope. Segregation ****ed right there. Total gridlock on approach to walkway so away fans mixed in with home fans in enclosed packed area. In the meantime exit towards Walton street still blocked so no escape, everyone forced to head towards the same gridlock, no one moving. Can you believe Humberside Police still get away with this shameful chaotic organisation and spectator supervision.? They are robbing the club, the SMC and the local taxpayers blind.
Thought there weren’t any trains back to London after the game? You can see why we weren’t considered as a World Cup stadium if the organisers saw Humberside’s finest in action. How would they have coped with thousands of Poles and Russians entering the city if they played each other?
Everyone’s always ‘fuming’ or ‘raging’ these days in the HDM. It seems to want to keep its readership in some sort of perma-fury; often via the exploitation of the stupid and typically via the most menial of grievances. But it’s all fine cos other local papers are apparently worse
Do CFC have any London based fans? Tonight it was the usual parasites, dregs and bottom feeders of Hitchin, Huntingdon and Slough, People who don't have the character to support a local club and prefer the vicarious glory of supporting a successful club from another city or county.
Sadly, there seem to be plenty of our fans queuing up to provide them with content for those **** articles. Just looked at the Fans Forum on Facebook and there’s one new thread slagging off Bowen and another saying how **** the atmosphere was tonight.
In those bad old days you had to use a full stop to finish a sentence. How unliberated it was back then.
If there were any scouts at the game today watching Bowen. There’s a couple of other players that will have caught the eye. Lopes in particular- classy player against quality opponents.
