New Yesterday, God was seen walking around Norfolk, striding across the Beaston bump, paddling in Ranworth broad, cracking open a can in Salthouse marsh then finishing up with a Chorus of OTBC at the Rud. "What the **** are you doing?" Jesus asked. "Working from home. Don’t you know there’s a lockdown? ”
Just watching a rerun of World Snooker,Steve Davis getting hammered by a new boy on the block by the name of Tony Knowles in 1982. What stands out, compared to the modern game,is how quick they play their shots No phaffing around and endless walking around the table,99% of the time they just get down and play.Davis was never regarded as a fast player in his day.but compared to today he's lightening.
Been watching Outside Edge, the cricket comedy, with Tim Spall and Brenda Blethyn. Really good laugh, and Brenda was a bit of a babe in those days.Josie Lawrence is a real hotty as well. Reminds me of my cricketing days with Rollesby in 80's. Happy days
