I hate the Tory scum with a passion If you hadn't noticed I just hope to god he will save the NHS But some how highly doubt it
Ah the famous Bullingdon club. One of their initiation ceremonies was to set fire to a £50 note in front of a homeless person. Another was to stand on pub tables in Oxford shouting "**** the plebs". And what Call Me Dave Cameron did with a dead pigs head we won't mention on a family forum. Loved their "high jinks" did those boys.
Another was to have lavish banquets when they'd eat all kinds of exotic birds and animals ... ... I always thought it was just the Chinese to be honest.
Do you have any information pertaining to Boris Johnson eating a bat? And if so if did he develop a taste for them which he still has?
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.li.../iceland-apology-after-nhs-staff-18099605.amp Seems like Iceland have decided that our NHS staff are not heroes but are afflicted. But it was posted in error... Not quite sure which words were typos and what the message meant to say.
"Spain saw another increase in its daily number of cases today after another 5,183 people tested positive. The 5,183 new cases, up from yesterday's 5,092 and the highest figure for a week, bring the total from 177,633 to 182,816. There were 551 new deaths more than yesterday's 523."
My son was working in a restaurant in Florida for three months, so you can all imagine how that all went! Anyway, he's back here in Italy now, just bored after a long journey and now stuck in the house at his mother's in quarantine for a fortnight. The local hospital call him every day to ask if he's showing symptoms. He also feels important as he, personally, has a special visit by the binmen who come to pick up his, personal, rubbish which has to be sealed in various bags. Good to see the local health service taking everything very seriously. For a number of days now the number of people in intensive care here has been coming down.
The numbers are still high but they have started to lower in a consistent way. 3 weeks ago we were having numbers of dead in the 900's a week later high 700's, last week in the 600's and now this week in the 500's. The more worrying numbers are in new cases this week, 2 weeks ago we were looking at numbers in the low 8000's daily, last week they peaked at 6000 but averaged 5000, this week we had a 3 days average of 3800 but yesterday and today are well over 5000. I'm not sure where that late rise has come from although it could be reports of care homes being counted more accurately We have definitely past the peak of new cases and the number of deaths, at least for now, it might come back as restrictions are lowered if the population think it's all over now and they can go about their lives as before. You're seeing the same thing in France Smug and I guess the UK will be at the same stage we are at now in a couple of weeks, hopefully the public will stay patient with the restrictions for a little longer and as many as possible stay safe.
Just done our weekly shop mate. It's all quiet with very few people out. We did see quite a strange thing as we drove through the biggish village of Fabrezan. There was a Chinese couple on the street, no masks, cleaning the front of their takeaway/restaurant and talking to people coming out of the chemist. I'm not sure why it looked so weird, it just did.
Just what I was thinking I’m not a great one for Easter eggs myself but I did get hot cross buns . Morrisons had loads of eggs and were merchandising them over the tannoy
Of course you did and I bet they had a glut of chocolate eggs anarll don’t know what the Aussies are going on about ??? Mind not like them to have a pop at us is it
Isn't it good to know that they think that much of the NHS that they want to keep it going and provide it with more customers! Mind plod are doing a lot about it
The spread of the virus has two main factors. 1) The density of the population. 2) The density of the population.
There's some really baffling contradictory advice coming from the government. "Try to keep things as normal as possible. Spend time with your family, contact elderly relatives, learn a new skill." No wonder people are confused
