Constant delaying means only one thing - weak case. Their legal team has probably told them thst should the CAT filing fail then they are facing ruin.
I have to say I find it incredible that the media is so quiet about this story. Here we have a premier league club taking the league to court on grounds of breaking anti competition rules and? Nothing... **** all... Just about who will buy kane.
Newcastle, and the far north in general, is broadly regarded as remote and irrelevant. In football, as in politics and economics, we are so far from the corridors of power. That is why we desperately need this takeover to succeed: we can attract real investment and be treated with respect. Unfortunately realpolitic means most people only respect those with money and influence.
Could it be because everyone is just bored to death with it. It is odd but it’s not really new news now.
Has anyone seen what area of specialisms Michael Beloff specialises in. Michael Jacob Beloff, QC (born 18 April 1942)[1] is an English barrister and arbitrator. A member of Blackstone Chambers, he practises in a number of areas including human rights, administrative law and sports law. Interesting that eh! That the chap who will effectively determine our fate, who was chosen by the PL, is co-incidentally a human rights specialist.
No this is being deliberately ignored. The case is huge never been seen before...ots the anti competition story not the nufc takeover
