nah. clearly you've gone with the wrong adjective there. I suggest you revise and come up with something more appropriate.
Anyone actually bothered by Man City signing Grealish? I think it's great for everyone else that they've spunked £100m on what will turn out to be a bench player at best, they could have signed someone that would have improved them!
At that price they've almost got to play him as much as possible. Means one of the others is going to have to be Benched (and get pissed off they're not playing)
Maybe Pep has seen something in him that he believes he can make better ? Bit like Gazza Lot of people saying they see the genius Maybe Pep has got a steal at 100m ?
£100m is apparently cause Grealish had a release clause in his contract. Still not worth anywhere near that much.
Chelsea Simple really. Unless the draw is not rigged of course. If chelsea and city somehow have to.play each other then it might be utd.

Still a long way to go in this window. spanish clubs must sell. Even after losing Messi’s £100m yearly salary, barca still have to shed another £100m of wages. Madrid are in a similar boat, albeit without the messi millstone. City, Chelsea, PSG et al will hoover up the big names but there will be a lot of other talent available at relatively bargain prices. The question is, can we capitalise?
A release clause isn't a compulsory price. Definitely not worth £100m, more fool Man City for paying it #pocketchange
What ever way you look at it, we need a decent midfielder and striker and to sell the squad players who have simply not been good enough to challenge the regular players. There is still time but all our rivals for the top four have strengthened, perhaps by paying ridiculous amounts of money, which we clearly don’t have. I like to think there is a good plan in place to get the right players at the right price. The difficulty shifting the squad players tells you all you need to know about them but we have to move them on
It’s the major difference between us and the rich boys….they have two starting elevens really. We clearly have a first team and a B team and our B team is not a scratch on, for example, City's second team.
Simple as isn't it. If we even got a half decent draw, which we never do, then the squad issue is writ large. The simple fact is the drop off is koala tea is massive. Adrian - best will in the world he is dodgy on everything bar one on one's. Kelleher might be loaned we don't know. Williams- doesn't look up. Konate/matip pretty good not sure who is no 3 and 4 cbs this season Tsimikas. Looks good to me. Everything we'd want. Milner at no 6 a lot left to be desired there. Jones at lcm Reasonable? Ox at rcm not great, Elliot? Not so sure. Say jota. Good Minamino/origi ****e Shaqirir ****e I mean it's possible to have a good cup run in theory but we are one or 2 players short of a team capable of really competing. Mostly upfront imo You'd hope we would at least not pick the youths etc but we probably will even go do that and not run out the senior reserves.
A reasonable summary of the second 11, the thing is, cup runs apart, they are what you have when injuries mount up, and we saw an elegant demonstration of that last season. We need more quality in the second 11
Totally agree. Two short. The reserves who would struggle to get a game at Brentford origi and shaqiri are on big big money and nobody wants to take them. Jones and ox and kieta are a long way short of really being strong midfield and no 6 option of milner is just not good. Already thiago is out so we are already into 2 half fit cms in fabinho and henderson and a perennial crock in keita. We lost wijnaldum which is fine for me but he was reliable. Frustrating on the ball but reliable. We need someone to take that role and Jones doesn't convince me enough. If we had a rb option I'd be pushing trent in there now. We don't. We look to have two really good left backs though which is nice.
Agreed. Jesus is a 20 goal a season reserve. Origi is a guy who wouldn't play in any prem team but has scored a few on the big stage on an occasion so gets this rep with our fans. He might start a few for a prem team but I'd bet anyone after 6 months he'd be on a bench again. Inconsistent
