TT will have to take the blame for that. Just put huge amount of pressure on his keeper for no reason whatsoever. Made him have to make a save which he didn’t, and then that he had to score the pen, which he didn’t.
Something ****ing poetic about subbing on Kepa "the penalty specialist" - the guy who refused to be subbed - and he ends up being the one who misses Made up for Kelleher! Played great for us up to the final and more than justified his starting spot
I wouldn't go that far mate. Not too many were in the corner to be fair. Both keepers dived too far or wrong way a lot of the time. Kepa's weak wrists and hoof boot was the winning if it. Sing it lads sing it.
Said numerous times on here. Guy is Alison’s replacement if when his form drops. Unfortunately might be a good few years yet so worried we’ll lose him. Would walk into any bottom half prem club right now.
Every penalty was quality to a varying degree then Kepa... it would have been over if there had been two goals there
