I think Acun and Tan are making recruitment decisions and the 'head coach' is expected to get the best from the talent made available.

Think Shota as well as reading this forum more diligently for team selection and tactical ideas would be well served by watching Arteta at work and noting his motivation methods. Have not seen the one about Man City but that one might be good as well for him to watch being he is being touted by all and sundry as a “coach berefit of ideas”. First principle of continuous improvement-copy what others are doing. Especially those that are at the top of there game.
