A welcome u-turn on the 45p tax rate for the wealthy. Lost count of the amount of u-turns in the last 2 or 3 years, its hard to keep up. It really doesn't inspire any confidence in their ability to run the country, but hey, it made some people wealthier from its announcement, makes one wonder whether that's what it was all about in the first place.
