Hi all, As some of you maybe aware, my younger brother died of a brain tumour just over 3 years ago, since then we've been fundraising to try and help find a cure for or at least increase people's chances of having a longer life. This year 3 of us are doing The Cotswolds Way, a 102 mile trek to try and raise more funds, our total raised so far is over 13k and it would be great if we could get it to 15. Any donation no matter what amount would be most welcome, so if any of you could spare a few pounds, euros, dollars or whatever that would be awesome. https://www.justgiving.com/Annie-O-Mahony If you can donate, please don't forget to gift aid.
Brain tumours are indiscriminate; they can affect anyone at any age. What’s more, they kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer... yet historically just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease.
Good stuff mate. Well done for having the Cajones to deal with your loss and do something positive about it.
