The Mackems have set a new English record in going 20 games at home in all competitions without a win. You've got to hand it them, that takes some doing
From the BBC website... Bottom-of-the-table Sunderland have done it. Their 2-2 draw with Millwall sees them become the first league team in the history of English football to fail to pick up a victory in 20 consecutive home games in all competitions. Not a great piece of history, that.
Well I've run out of fingers and toes now. We'll just have to let the mackems keep count for themselves from here on.
They bring their 6... we throw them 20..... and counting!! ****ing shambles of a club and a fan base.
1) Hahahaha. 2) I imagined the record would be way higher than 20. 3) Why the **** would this appeal more to Coleman than his last job?
1) agreed 2) There's plenty more of the season to go yet mate give it time! One can only fail to win as many as one plays. 3) I think he was down a little bit after missing the world cup and decided to piss himself silly by seeing the joke that is Blunderland first hand.
No idea what Coleman is doing. He can't be thinking straight after missing out on the WC. This is a good little stat to have in our back pockets for quite some time I would think!
