The Ipswich game will be postponed because of their players international call ups so that will give us a break.
It now has been as they have 3 players called up one of them hasn't even played a League game this season which is a p*ss take!
It's their fixture pile up, Sunderland had more sense last year. What is Lambert scared off about little old Wycombe having 90% of the play & losing 2-0
If we lose our next six it will be a worse start than last year. We must be due one at some stage. I hope I lose all my money backing them to lose
We will still be top when we play Burton at home on the 14th, Ipswich only have one league game before then & that's away at Coventry on the 7th. & Peterborough are away at Pompey
Burton just beat Sunderland at Sunderland, so another difficult one coming up. Apart from MK Dons it looks as though any team can get at least one point from any other team I'm particularly concerned about Oxford. They are a team in form with some impressive wins lately. What might be in our favour is their December fixture list Our Dec fixture list up to that game
After that the next 5 games looks very grim indeed. Looking at Guy's Fixture list we have. in the space of 16 days: December 26th Portsmouth Away 29th Coventry C Home January 1st Ipswich T Home 4th Peterbourough U Away 11th Sunderland Away Bloody hell. If we don't suffer some injuries/red cards in that period it will be our luckiest season ever. It is highly probable that we will playing the strongest teams in the league with a weakened squad At present we are 6/1 second favs to win the League outright. Don't take those odds as they will have drifted significantly by Jan 12th
Just think after those Ron it could be easier, & I am more than happy we are 27pts above the last relegation spot
It looks like the fixtures are going our way at the moment, you need luck & it looks Gareth's is continuing
