It’s bloody quiet today - is everyone flat after the high of saturday night ? I know I’m a little lethargic today, even the Mrs commented about this. So maybe it’s a natural reaction now that the real action has finally begun and turned out much better than some feared due to the squad that has hardly had time to get to know one another. Look forward to better banter later in the week as another one or two join before the shopping stops on Thursday.

Still have a buzz from Saturday, today is far to hot and a day after work just want to collapse and do nowt.

Just keeping an eye out for any potential recruits, and not getting a head of my myself with where we might finish this year.

I'm just hoping for another striker!

I've no idea if we're even looking for one though.

To be fair that was a performance without 5 or 6 probable first teamers. Charlton will probably be one of our more difficult fixtures imo so to get the win with a team cobbled together in a few weeks shows great promise.

    I'm still buzzin.

I disagree with you on this one, mate. I think the next 4 or 5 games will show us where we are at. I've got Charlton to be relegated.

See I kind of see both sides of this - I think Charlton will struggle but I thought they played well first half oin Saturday and proved a tough team - looked like a team with "nothing to lose" and played that way too - they're often harder games than ones where we expect a difficult game
