Fair comment, but isn't the press the same with football violence, I find it a shame people don't pull the media into check on that in the same manner. Otherwise we are just picking and choosing what we want to blame the media for. Personally i'm sick of them, camera's trying to focus on the crowd to find another fan speaking out of turn or acting in a manner not appropriate, it's like that has become a media sport in itself.
I have seriously considered closing it down. It's no longer debate, just arguments, hence why i can't be bothered with it half the time now.
I have met a few posters from this forum. Great guys, definitely a bit weird. @Libby , @SaintsForTheWin to confirm
At Woking you can buy a photocopy of the team sheet for 50p. In the age of the internet and social media it’s a hard sell, even to the most committed fan.
I seen a few fans in my time who need a team sheet, although not sure that would have helped them either. Was watching a game one time, when a voice behind me said, he's a good player their number.... - I was sitting there thinking, yeah he used to play for us yer kunt
He’ll no, I’m a pussy guy through n through and one of life’s adventurers. Life’s to short for mincing about over parks mate.
That’s one thing I’ve learnt about non League, the player turnover is massive. Often I’ve heard fans shouting at an opposition player and thought, I bet he played for Woking at some point. Get home, google and sure enough he played 4 games in 2014 and was ****e. Fans never forget.
